Votre rôleParticipate in the development of the annual Marketing retention planResponsible for all the exclusive contracts & mutual agreement of existing accountsResponsible for bids & tenders of existing accountsResponsible for designing a retention corporate tailored tariffs for existing accountLaunch a co-branding whole sales promotion with key accountsDevelop projects and value proposition aiming to enhance international & roaming offering, value propositions and customer experienceManage a retention promotions targeting high value customersLaunch corporate first class program related initiatives/projectsEnsure that planned projects and initiatives guarantee the achievement of the department overall retention and churn KPI’s.Monitor loyalty activities and customer experience trends, marketing plan progress, churn performance, new retention tools in different markets, anticipate moves by competitors and update plan during the year when needed.
Votre profilEducationBachelor degree from a recognized university in one of the following fields: Business Marketing, Business administration, Economics Experience
Experience3-4 years of experience in the marketing field or telecom industry
CompétencesFluent Arabic & English languageStrong knowledge of marketing fundamentals & strategic thought process.strong analytical skills and strategic thinkingknowledge in the marketing of telecommunications products and services is a plus B2B marketing is a plusCustomer OrientedGood strategic thinking based knowledge in marketingStrong financial & analytical skillsExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsStrong negotiations skills & Problem solving skillsExcellent presentation skillsExperience in highly flexible and challenging environmentDemonstrate ability to achieve set results while working under pressureDemonstrated ability to plan and achieve set resultsKnowledge of Egyptian market.Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment.
