Votre rôleFunction Management
Prepare with the key government account managers short and long term plans for existing and new accounts .Set objectives and targets to the key government sales team to achieve the channel/Orange qualitative and  quantitative objectives.Communicate with Marketing team to ensure submitting profitable business offers.Communicate with Solutions team to ensure meeting the customers needs and latest business solutionsCommunicate with retention team to ensure the proper retention to the existing accounts.Communicate with credit team to ensure support collection efforts within SLAAchieve foretasted sales by following (and, if necessary, adjusting) your written plan of action.Monitor each account manager daily performance and compare it with that month’s objective.Understand departmental financial data to determine what is happening in your team. Review financial data that affects your teams profit centers.Offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives.Regularly meet with the Government key accounts to ensure delivering the best level of service.Participate and support his/her team in their negotiations,offers preparations and deals closing.Ensure proper reporting of his/her team/channel activities.Manage daily work flowControl and follow up on channels’ team portfolio’s progress/changes.Ensure proper implementation of Orange strategy.Review/monitor the stock status weekly with each AM.Requesting foretasted stock for short and long term sales deals to be ready for deliveryEnsure that the sales & operations functions smoothly and have the ability to resolve any conflictsConstructively handle (or supervise the handling of) all customer complaints related to your team.Also review the Customer feedback for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed.Distribute and plan the allocated retention and acquisition budgets and monitor the flowDetailed analysis for each report to support the planing and the strategy for each AM / customerOrganizing / distributing the tasks and work flow on the team to ensure efficiency and time managementPrepare reports and feedback regularly to head of government channelPresent the monthly objectives and plans to HO government channelConsul with HO government channel regarding short and long term resources neededReport and major market trends / attacks immediately to HO government channel and agree with him / her om actions needed
People Management
Interview and select direct reports and validate hiring decisions for the department.Provide coaching and request needed training for direct reports ensuring continuous individual development.Ensure a healthy working environment for the team employees through focusing on team building and motivation initiatives.Conduct regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development.Meet daily / weekly with Account managers.Offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives.Participating in sales calls to support and coach A.Ms
Votre profilEducation
University graduateMBA is a plus   
Minimum 8 years experience; 3 of which in a managerial role Multinational exposure is a plusExperience in high level commercial negotiations
