Implement the roaming configuration and Integrates new roaming partners and updates over all technologies as per the IR21 document.Analyze the roaming performance and health checks and perform regular testing.Runs the corrective and preventive actions for Roaming.Troubleshoot the roaming problems and customer complaints.Interface with roaming operators for roaming complaints.Interface with interconnect, PSTN and international operators for all related complaints and Execute routing, balancing WOs for interconnect, PSTN and international operators digit analysis.Implement PCM upgrade, downgrade, reallocation or signaling modification with interconnect, PSTN and international operators.Implement new dial ranges for interconnect, PSTN and international operators.Analyze system reports and alarms related to roaming, interconnect, PSTN and international operators; make diagnoses as input for continuous improvement.Handle roaming WOs requested by commercial team .Handle roaming WOs requested by marketing team .Handle roaming , international SMSs customer complaintsHandle roaming carrier alarms
