Good experience with Automation and DevOps tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Gitlab.
Managing Customer RUN/Operation phase as L2 & L3 support for supported platforms, System, Middleware and Application layers.
Strong knowledge with different operating systems (Windows and Linux).
Good experience with Windows Active Directory.
Good experience on Citrix, Apache, IIS, Tomcat, JBoss.
Deploying Patches of platforms, applications, and services.
Performing changes on existing platforms and services.
Incident management of Internal and customers platforms, applications, and services
Proactive administration and support tasks.
Monitoring and health checks for platforms.
Ensuring the backup of all platforms according to backup plans.
Populating the configuration management tool (2im, WH password, IP Manager, etc).
Populating SharePoint and technical data repository with technical and process documents.
proven working experience in public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS,..)
Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows, UNIX/Linux based environments.
Solid virtualization experience, preferably in Vmware
Excellent Command of English Language
French Language is a plus
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

¿ Educational background:
– Computer, Communication or Electronics MIS, B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree.
– SoftSkill/Business Courses & Certification (time management, negotiation/communication skills…) are recommended.
¿ Professional Experience:
– At least 3 to 4 years of backup technical experience in products like (Networker, Datadomain,).
