The RPA Team Leader will manage, orchestrate and control the virtual workforce as part of the operational environment. Focusing on continuously improving robotic operational performance and resource allocation, by exploiting the advanced reporting and analytical tools within the Robotic Process Automation solution.

– Agile methodologies and implementation is a plus
– Ability to act swiftly under pressure, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities
– Team player, well Organized, Systematic.
– High Reactivity to Business requirements with business mentality.
Good Planning, Organizational, and interpersonal written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
compétences
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or any related IT experience.
– 8+ Years of experience, 3 years in robotic process automation (RPA) (e.g. UiPath )
– Acquire certificate in RPA system (e.g UiPath RPA Certified Developer – certification )
– Excellent knowledge in Programming Languages C# , .Net , Java, SQL server , Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Tools & Utilities, and UNIX / Linux, J2EE , WEB Development.
Certificates in IT related fields are preferable.

– Serving as the RPA system expert, the RPA Team Leader is responsible for maintaining current releases, proper configurations and coordinating activities with applicable systems vendors
– Partner with business groups to ensure robotic process automation is performing as designed
– Deploy and optimize new RPA processes
– Troubleshoot and maintain ongoing RPA processes
– Focus on improving robotic operation performance and resource allocation.
– Maintain configuration and licensing
– Establishes and monitors performance goal achievement of the RPA development team including performing code review and documentation.
Work closely with Architects and developers to define design, development and peer review standards. Take ownership of deploying them leading to high quality service level management
