Votre rôle
Budgeting responsibilities
A. Works with the business unit to build the department budget.
B. Reviews, validates and challenges the budget assumptions.
C. Identifies key risks and opportunities.
D. Produces budget pack for the B2B including KPI’s and revenue.
E. Meet with the B2B management to present the budget from the financial point of view.
F.  Submit figures for central budgeting team and provide explanation needed for the budget review meeting with Group.
Monthly closing responsibilities
A. Performs analysis for the B2B revenue, identifies key variances from budget and trend analysis.
B. Analyzes the B2B cost elements, identifies key variances from budget.
C. Meets with B2B team on monthly basis to discuss variances and reasons behind the variance and taking the corrective actions.
D. Provides the central budgeting team the required explanations needed for the flash call and the business review.
Business cases
A. Receives the B2B assumptions for  business cases.
B. Validates and provides constructive challenge for key assumptions.
C. Produces the financials of the business case.
D. Performs sensitivity/what if analysis.
E. Identifies risks and opportunities in the business case.
F.  Provides recommendation of go/no go.
G. Evaluate key and large accounts partnership agreements, assess profitability and recommend changes to maximize the benefits.
Performance management
A. Build daily/weekly trends for B2B KPI’s and revenue.
B. Identifies and investigates any change in trends, raise flags for any budget threat.
C. Meet with B2Bl team to discuss trends and corrective actions if needed.
D. Performs post launch analysis for key offers and promotions.
E. Produce profitability analysis for the B2B sales channels and LTV per customer.
Other responsibilities
A. Member of the TTM/IEC committees related to the B2B unit.
B. Work with the B2B team on the different battlegrounds in the strategic framework.
C. Validates and approves the B2B commissions and riving plans.
Votre profil
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, or Finance.
10+ years of experience in telecom budgeting/decision support.
Compétences
Fluent English both spoken and written.
Strong knowledge of budgeting processes.
Strong analytical skills.
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in excel and PowerPoint.
