Orange Telecom Egypt Smart Village –
Create new titles, new organizations and modify HC for existing positions on Oracle as requested by HRBP.
Assign off-payroll candidates to permanent vacancies.
Responsible for the creation of new hires’ ID number, assignment information, allowances, … etc.
Maintain personal information and qualifications.
Responsible for adding/updating bank accounts for new hires and current employees.
Responsible for delivering HR letters to employees.
Ensure emails and extensions for all employees are created on Oracle.
Maintain Internal, data, family and business lines for all employees.
Create Oracle accounts and password reset.
Handle HP service manager access requests.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information System & Business Administration.
Excellent skills in Microsoft office and specially excel.
Familiar with Oracle applications.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
Excellent English both spoken and written.
Excellent computer skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to details.
