- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT Technology & different systems infrastructure platforms.

- Proficiency in English as a working language is a must
- Good knowledge of Telecom regulations and requirements
- High Analytical and problem solving skills

- Good communication skills with ability to deal with others at all levels
- Professional Certification in Unix, Microsoft, Storage is preferred.

- Validate the design of the solution from end to end, contacting all the concerned parties to cover all the aspects of the solution design.
- Manage the Security By Design of the solution.
- Manage environment of IS Data Center Sites for hosting Hardware Equipment to ensure compliance with standard Operating Specifications.
- Manage core computer servers & storage hardware installation & configuration to ensure proper implementation and application accessibility.
- Manage user’s office automation Services for Internal domain & Intra/Internet, Email, Directory, File, Fax, and Print systems to improve user’s productivity.
- Manage systems performance & protection services of Backup & Recovery, Patch Mgmt., Anti-Virus/Spam, Intrusion Systems, Performance Monitoring, and Centralized Scheduling tools to improve systems reliability, access control, and efficiency.
- Facilitate the design of the Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Readiness & Test Drills to ensure equipment standby operationally and accessibility by business units to activate mission critical applications in disaster situation.
- Manage to build standard KPIs for the systems dashboard that will identify the dimensions of the systems and capacity planning.
- Identify the dimension process for business applications in terms of middle-ware and database for upgrade/expansion or enhancement.
- Support functional team for having a new business solution for the infrastructure layer sizing and requirements.
- Maximize System Proactive Security Measures, minimize down-times & recovery windows, and maximize systems efficiency, effective Integrated Monitoring, Alarming and Escalation Schemes.
