As a first line manager the responsibilities should include:
Managing the day to day operation of Order Delivery Management team in order to constantly meet the KPIs while sustain customers’ and employees’ satisfaction.
Developing guideline for specific work activities for the team
Participating in disseminating company strategy, identifying processes, procedures and activity plans, ensuring processes and objectives of Service Implementation are met.
Proper allocation of resources within the team.
Managing recruitment of new and replacement team members.
Acting as communication channel between middle/ upper management and subordinates
Representing the OTB at required customers’ meetings, service reviews and acting as focal point during customer’s visits.
Setting both a long term & short term objectives for team members to ensure that all staff have objectives aligned to meet the business goals.
Undertaking other similar or related tasks as assigned by direct manager.
3-5 years of experience in the specified local telecommunications area, including 1-2 years Management experience.
Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude.

Fluency in OTB service transition processes and procedures.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s Degree/Equivalent in telecommunications field.
Management Diploma or MBA is a plus
