Votre rôleProcurement 
Evaluates and proposes a vendor strategy based on total cost of ownership, quality, risk and sustainability.Builds a strong relationship with his/her internal customer(s) based on mutual trust and ensures smooth communication.Ensures compliance of purchasing activities with SOX, contracts, budget and internal procedures and working methods.Ensures correct implementation of sourcing Contracts and validation of Purchase Order.Has signature authority to commit to suppliers within a certain budget following the sourcing authorization matrix.Ensures effective lines of communication between the GSSC, OMEA, BuyIn, and any other Orange Corporate entity with Orange Egypt on the procurement and supply chain domains.Promotes transformation of the supply chain and procurement identifying new vendors/suppliers, processes, tools without jeopardizing quality and service delivery.Manages relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate the achievement of the business objectives.Implements effective internal controls, proper design of a client-oriented procurement management system for projects.Ensure effective use of internal Standard Operating Procedures in Procurement, control of workflows, continuous business processes monitoring and elaboration of improvements in systems and processes and related reporting requirements. Manages and monitors all transactional procurement including tendering processes, evaluation, contracting, contract management, legal considerations and payment conditions, contractors, performance evaluation and risk assessmentDevelops and manages the suppliers database, elaborates supplier selection and evaluation, quality and performance measurements.
Supply Chain 
Manages all Supply Chain activitiesEstablishes the project plan for the activity, including the implementation of the standardization project for all supply chain functions: Demand and Supply, Operations and Infrastructures, Distribution, and Reverse Logistics.Maintains and communicates financial and performance measurements. Coordinates, manages, and evaluates Supply Chain team: interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning and assigning work.Creates a supportive environment for supply chain team, ensuring the development and the delivery of supply chain solutions, as pivot between the external suppliers and the internal customers.Manages the implementation plan, identifies and mitigates risks (leverage lessons learned, utilize proactive communication techniques), and monitoring of resource allocations to ensure successful execution of the plan Performs the Supply Chain Performance Measurement plan and shares results with the GSSC and COE. Executes a continuous improvement program for supply chain functions.Responsible for department cost center budgets and ensuring there are no deviations to the budget plan.
Votre profilEducationUniversity degree in Applied Economics or Telecom Engineer similar experience
ExperienceStrategic Purchasing Expertise and Supply Chain experience.Familiar with sourcing and supply chain operational aspects.Relevant experience in the defined P&S.Analytical mindset in order to translate business requirements into sourcing deliverablesHelicopter view in order to be able to define priorities.
