votre rôle

  • Manage a number of POS in certain territory.
  • Achieve indirect sales  department sales target.
  • Develop the POS in his area to achieve the area target.
  • Increase the network of the distribution channel through appointing new POS to the sales channel.
  • Apply the marketing strategies in penetrating the market.
  • Follow up POS through frequent visits each according to his areas and report results to his superiors.
  • Facilitate the availability of products in the market.
  • Train sales agent of POS on the new products and services launched by Orange.
  • Solve all POS problems with different parties (distributors, Orange, customers,……..etc.).
  • Launch Orange services in the POS (such as installation of Bill Payment @ POS,……etc.).
  • Update and maintain POS database.
  • Monitor the prices of Orange products and report directly to the head office to maintain its impact on the distributors classification according to the KPI system.
  • Report all market information to the concerned parties (Marketing Intelligence, Technical, indirect sales, …etc.).
  • Contribute in orange events (manage trade share each on his area).
  • Sign contracts with POSs and ensure that POSs submit all required documents; following up circulation of the contracts with other departments.
  • Handle network coverage problems by receiving complaints from the Sr. agent , classify different problems and send to the concerned department following up actions taken
  • Conduct monthly visits plan to all areas and present visits report including orange merchandising visibility, competitor status and POS sales team performance.

votre profil

  • Bachelor Degree from a recognized university.
  • 0-3  years of experience in the Sales field in a similar function.

compétences

  • Very good English both spoken and written.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Skilled in commercial negotiations.
  • Knowledge of sales force effectiveness tactics (suitable to the Egyptian market).
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication or mobile sector deemed a plus.
  • Management of decentralized dealers/shops and sales representatives (over a sizable geography).
