Mission/ Core purpose of the Job:
In order to support Company to operate efficiently and deliver quality results: Lead the development, implementation and management of a governance framework, aligned with business objectives and standards/norms in force in MTN, to provide guidance to Divisions for the design, formalization and maintenance of all company Policies, Processes and Procedures.
The role drives Ethics programs rollout ensuring that Ethics rules are adhered across the business.
Profil recherchée
Education / Business Degree
Minimum of BAC+4 in Legal/Law, Compliance, Audit or equivalent
MBA or Masters advantageous
Fluent in both English and French
Work Experience
Min 6 years post qualification experience of mapping, design, implementation, training and monitoring of company policies, processes and procedures
Min 3 years in relevant sector/industry, in a managerial position
Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous
