QUALIFICATIONS/JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation and experience
· A Diploma in Psychiatry (MD specialized in Psychiatry) from qualified University program.
· At least 1 year experience in Humanitarian field and familiarity/experience with WHO´s mhGAP initiative
· Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking and writing) French will be an asset.
· Team spirit, flexibility, highly organized, stress management skills
· Previous experience in delivering mhGAP trainings and supervision of GPs is a strong asset.
· Previous experience with telemedicine systems and platforms is an asset.
· Psychotherapy training and experience would be an asset.
Skills and competencies

· Computer and ICT literacy is an asset
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills (oral and written)
· Self-motivated with the ability to act independently with defined objectives and direction while acting as a collaborative member of a team
· Demonstrated ability to grasp new processes and quickly deliver in varying contexts
· Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
