We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with strong logistics and services and WND expert, looking to embark on an exciting career with us in Ghana.
As Sales Representative you will be responsible for the commercial and financial development of a portfolio of clients focusing on supply chain solutions and partnership to achieve long term success with special focus on WND
You will be expected to:
• Build a strong, profitable, and value-based sales approach, with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
• Drive effective sales initiatives resulting in revenue creation for both ocean and logistics services, contributing to top line growth.

In this position, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge in Commercial activities with enhanced exposure to Maersk end to end logistics products and value proposition.
Key responsibilities
• Develop local business plan for increasing overall supply chain Share of Wallet and position Logistic & Services products with a special focus on Warehouse & Distribution.
• Grow local presence across products with the sub-entity of the customer through new opportunities – also through sub-suppliers
• Assist define the local value proposition and work closely with both the local organisation and the Area Product Team to grow and deliver revenue growth supporting the local Products/Verticals P&L.
• Support the overall customer experience and support global value proposition and ensure full penetration into and mapping customers organisation.
• Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance.
• Strong WnD knowledge (agro commodity and FMCG/retail), expand Ghana’s business footprint in WnD in a profitable manner and ensure execution of WnD strategy for Ghana in alignment with the Central West Africa Area.
We are looking for
• Good product and market (competitor and industry trends knowledge). Excellent understanding of logistics solutions and operations covering all modes of international transportation, warehousing and distribution, e-commerce, Logistics solutions.
• A value-driven individual with a Bachelor’s degree and with 3-5+ years’ experience in sales within the Logistics and Services industry.
• Consultative sales experience in logistics demonstrating customer-centric mindset in direct customer engagements.
• Proficient in stakeholder management with proven capability to build strong networks and influence decision makers in a matrix organization structure.
• Self-starter, self-motivator, comfortable with high level of autonomy, while also a team player.
• Great command of English both written and speaking, French will be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills as well as good organizational skills.
• Personal Integrity and adherence to company’s values.
