Under guidance of the asset maintenance planning supervisor, this position is responsible for coordinating and organizing maintenance activities. the primary role is to ensure that all maintenance tasks are properly scheduled, planned, and executed to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maximize equipment availability and reliability through using planned maintenance technique effectively.
Schedule Maintenance Tasks: Create detailed maintenance schedules based on equipment specifications, manufacturer recommendations, and organizational priorities.
Coordinate with Stakeholders: collaborate with various stakeholders, such as maintenance technicians and supervisors, operations supervisors, to gather information, plan maintenance activities, and ensure smooth execution of scheduled tasks.
Assess the availability of resources, including manpower, spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
Adjusts and reorganizes the maintenance schedule accordingly. prioritize tasks based on criticality, safety considerations, and operational requirements.
Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, service reports, inspection findings, and maintenance history.
Report and analyze equipment log for planning activities.
Analyze maintenance processes and identify opportunities for improvement, such as optimizing maintenance schedules, implementing new technologies, or enhancing maintenance procedures. Participating in root cause analysis to identify and address recurring maintenance issues.
Maximize operational profit margin through systems, tools and processes designed to efficiently manage terminal fleet and assets.
Works as directed for AM Management team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR :
Bachelor degree in any technical field
Engineering or Technical degree from an Accredited university
Previous significant experience in CMMS application (SAP or similar)
2-3 years relevant work experience in an industrial machinery environment – marine port terminal preferred.
