Would you like to be part of a value driven, commercially oriented international environment where we enable global trade every day? As the Warehouse & Distribution (WnD) Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the integrator vision alive and to grow a first class operated Warehouse & Distribution Product.
You will be responsible for all owned sites as well as outsourced sites (partner, 3rd party). You will be fully accountable for P&L and operations of the Warehousing and Distribution products for the site(s) under scope and having business development & operational ownership as well.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Profit & Loss
Overseeing P&L for the site
Managing new and existing customer
Managing contract
Overseeing site performance (cost/utilization)
Ensuring continuous improvement & optimization of assets
Overseeing investment proposals and following up on the same
Product
Execution of WnD strategy for site in alignment with Area WnD Manager
Expanding business footprint while ensuring profitable growth
Customizing and localizing of the products within the framework of operational excellence
Managing the operations of the location
Managing and providing support to subcontractors
Driving compliance & regulatory adherence
General Management
Overseeing Lease administration
Managing Contract
Driving adherence to governance framework
People
Facilitating relevant trainings linked to products, solutions, and clients
Overseeing all people and safety related matters at the Warehouse
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
someone with:
Extensive WnD (Warehouse & Distribution) experience
Extensive operational knowledge of WnD
People and talent development experience
Collaboration and influencing skills
Understanding of local market & cultures
Financial acumen (. e.g., ability to read, interpret and act on P&L)
Project management skills
