We are currently looking to hire a Transportation Execution Assistant to join our team in Benin.
He/she will be responsible to Support execution team in for dispatching work orders from booking systems to vendors for all modalities such as Rail, Truck, Barge etc. Liaising and preparing transport plan with supplier and using triangulation to optimize the planning while providing punctual service delivery to the customer

Key responsibilities1. Liaising and preparing transport plan with suppliers and using triangulation to optimize planning2. Drive improvements to customer satisfaction levels3. Deliver improvements to key processes to improve productivity and service levels to get on time delivery and proactive notification to the customer4. Improve the asset utilization of key transport modes including contracted rail and truck networks
