As the Regional Decarbonisation Program Manager, you will be accountable for driving and development of decarbonisation roadmaps in areas across all products – with main focus on Contract Logistics/Cold Chain Logistics and landside to set up implementation programs. Develop baseline, prioritise and assess decarbonisation levers and oversee execution. You will act as key interaction point for area teams to train and coach, support investment proposal processes and implement decarbonisation guidelines, and scout and establish partnerships in the industry and public sector.

Regional roadmap development and execution

•Develop baseline for products in scope (first wave: Contract Logistics/Cold Chain Logistics and landside)

•Prioritize decarbonisation levers in granular level, assess financial impact and build business cases per lever

•Aligns roadmap with overall targets and set up reporting mechanism together with Center team

•Drive execution with local teams to ensure progress

•Support development of area organization (capabilities and resources) to execute on roadmap

Knowledge center and guideline executions

• Coaches and provides consultation on decarbonisation matters across Logistics and Services portfolio – links into Center team for centrally driven products (e.g., air)

•Supports implementation of decarbonisation guidelines and policies; provides market feedback to further refine policies

•Scouts and assesses potential of innovation

Private and public partnerships

• Identifies relevant partnership to drive infrastructure development in private and public sector (in alignment with Logistics and Services, decarbonisation, procurement and Public Affairs teams) and owns partnership / identifies best owner

•Takes part in regional industrial collaboration to support decarbonisation plans

•Supports supplier and customer dialogues


Someone with:

Relevant experience in a logistics, construction, or warehousing environment

Experience in driving and developing decarbonisation roadmaps

Experience in implementing decarbonisation guidelines

Prior experience in establishing partnerships in the industry and public sector
