Key responsibilities
Solution Design– Develop solutions in line with Contract Logistics strategy and customer needs;- Develop and maintain solution concepts;- Interpret and analyse gathered customer requirements and translate into a solution proposal;- Assess overall implementation requirements e.g. FTE’s, costs, EDI development, facilities, capabilities, equipment/services;- Suggest more efficient alternative(s) to address customer challenges;- Identify and analyse potential configuration gaps;- Clearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to customers and hand over to the implementation team.
Support customer implementations– Support Implementation Manager in altering the solution design/processes where needed to ensure optimal delivery/outcome whilst in implementation phase;Support Product development- Channel requests for reengineering, re-development of Solution product components.
We are looking for– 2 to 5 years of experience in analysis and design of contract logistics solutions;- Industrial engineering degree or similar;- Strong warehousing and distribution knowledge;- Analytical with proficiency in translating complex requirements into tangible solutions;- Effective interpersonal and communication skills;- Strong financial acumen;- Area market knowledge.
