Maersk is currently looking to hire a Personal Assistant to join our Team in Benin.

• Moreover, you will expand your customer network and enrich your market and product knowledge while enhancing the Maersk’s leadership position and contributing to the continuous success of the Maersk organizationKey responsibilities
• Manage executive schedule/calendar, take memos, drafting letters and documents, routing correspondence etc.• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and design ways to streamline processes• Supervise and coordinate the work of the administrative team.• Supervise non-IT equipment maintenance activities.• Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondences related to arrangements as needed.• Maintains MD office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies.• Monitor office supply inventory and purchases taking into account budget constraints.• Act as a liaison for the leadership team, represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence; Handle confidential information.• Ensure a smooth and adequate flow of information from top to down.• Manage schedules and deadlines.• Sourcing relevant data, analyzing data Preparing and reviewing documents; producing reports and presentations.• Ensure Maersk Benin comply with internal and external administrative policies and regulations.• Stay informed of all organizational changes and company developments.• Display actionable strength towards the company’s Mission Statement, Purpose, Strategy, Culture and work to promote it.• Assists the Executives in responsibilities, gives strategic inputs on business initiatives and handles projects independently.• Conserves executive’s time by reading, preparing information and researching for executive needs. Provide basic company information.• Monitor costs and expenses to improve organization efficiency.
We are looking for• 5+ Years of experience as a PA or in a related position.• International Shipping, transportation Planning, Logistics management, Customer Service, Communication, Sales and Leadership skills.• You are ready and always prepared to go the extra mile to deliver on what Maersk has promised to customers.• Works well under pressure.• Understand process thinking and operational processes, result oriented and strong sense of urgency.• Can timely communicate internally and externally to relevant stakeholders.• Be a value adding team player.• Have an excellent knowledge of the English language.POSTULER
