We are looking to hire a dynamic Inland Operation Associate to join our team in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. The Inland Operation Associate will report to the Import Delivery Supervisor and will be responsible to handle import delivery activities, create import shipments and ensure performance reporting.

Key responsibilities
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to proactively/actively solve all import operational challenges and deliver what has been promised to the customer
• Coordinate and facilitate smooth and optimal Import delivery
• Ensure reception of complete delivery files and arrange timely system update
• Timely preparation of delivery documentation in compliance with local regulation, arrange system update and avoid additional costs
• Arrange work order dispatching as per procurement guidelines
• Handle import delivery containers longstanding management
• Prepare and share weekly/ monthly statistics and performances
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to proactively/actively solve all import empty pick up challenges and ensure systems update
• Update and maintain records of vendors performance / statistics
• Be customer oriented behavior at phone-calls and in written correspondence

We are looking for
– Passionate, energetic, driven and motivated to deliver results
– A self-starter with sense of urgency and time management
– 1-2 years working Experience in container shipping business
– Shipping or logistics educational background
– Acceptable English level and fluency in French
– Verbal & written communication skills
