Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of understanding of business, product, and interaction between Customer Experience and other commercial functions.
To deliver excellent and high-quality Customer Experience.
Continuously monitor and improve the customer experience/ Voice of Customer.
Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
Partner with the Sales Teams to ensure that we win, retain and grow with our customers to achieve their expected business outcomes with Maersk solutions.
Account management – Customer Engagement.
Strong stakeholder management across levels, departments and borders.
Able to manage and lead Improvement Projects.
Informing clients of factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting shipments.
Receive and process orders from customers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent decision-making, communication, analyzing, time management, execution and integration skills.
A motivated, persistent, and analytically skilled Customer Success Partner to be part of managing the global relationship with our customers.
Customer first mindset: you are good at forming relationship and able to understand the customers requirement and turn these into solutions.
You understand the value the customer brings to Maersk and are able to find and implement solutions that are mutually beneficial to the customer and Maersk.
You are comfortable handling customer complaints and defusing conflicts early.
A collaborative, team player motivated by achieving results, and accustomed to high performance KPIs
