We are looking for a commercially driven and experienced Cold Chain product manager to join our Regional Cold Chain Logistics team. You will be part of a dynamic team with members located across Europe working closely on creating cold chain value propositions and products, while ensuring we deliver our financial targets. In addition, you will be a close and important partner to the local sales management and organisation in your location defining customer specific solutions, supporting sales and act as the subject matter expert.

Key responsibilitiesYou will together with the regional Cold Chain team develop end-to-end Cold Chain products supporting, growers, manufactures, import-ers and retailers on their cold chain management and logistics infra-structure needs.
You will be a key partner to the local sales organisation defining the customer specific value proposition, costing and pricing the solutions and support closing business, thus being an integral part of delivering our growth ambition.
You will be our cold chain expert increasing product awareness and operational capabilities in our organisation, manage risks and driving operational and financial performance in the area.
We are looking forA Cold Chain expert with proven track record in assessing market and customer needs and translating this into sales plans and customer engagements that deliver growth.
Significant experience in end-to-end Supply Chains with proven ability in product and solution development that generate value across all functions of a client’s business.
Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning opportunities from existing and new customers, through a collaborative selling effort at “Regional Director Level”
Operational experience with proven capability in driving operational, commercial and financial performance.
Proven track record in a matrix, multi-cultural organisation, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally
You are used to work independently, delivers on your commitments, work with agility and urgency and handle ambiguity well.POSTULER
