Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) is an international movement of local organizations specializing in the development of innovative solutions for the professional and social inclusion of excluded Youth living in extreme poverty. Since 2017, its structure has been guaranteeing the sharing of good practices and the consistency of actions developed. Individual and collective empowerment gives everyone the opportunity to be successful and gives multi-sector partners the opportunity to work together for a more inclusive world.
Building a strong ecosystem of partners is key to Youth inclusion. The more the Youth will be connected to various actors, the more they will be included.
Since 2009, LP4Y has been developing an ecosystem of 500 partners all committed to Youth Inclusion: corporates, institutions, NGOs, schools, universities, expatriates, philanthropy networks and local authorities. Therefore there are several missions focused on coordinating, strategizing, leading and animating these partnerships.
As part of the Partnership & Fundraising Corporate team, you will participate in developing links with existing partners, to create new partnerships for Youth Inclusion, raise funds for the field projects and help LP4Y to best convey LP4Y image to the local networks:
- Development of corporate financial and non-financial partnerships field opportunities,
- Fundraising proposals, budget and reporting,
- Global prospection & LP4Y ambassadors network development,
- In team, participation in the global strategy for partnerships & fundraising in the 14 LP4Y Alliance countries.

Expériences / Formation
MISSION – VSI (Volontariat de Solidarité International)
The minimum duration of this mission is 13 month (renewable), and will appeal to candidates who are ready to learn and passionate about intercultural cooperation, having already acquired previous professional experience.
Successful candidates will be open, dynamic and enterprising, and looking for an opportunity to develop their character and skills in a multi-cultural context. They will also enjoy communicating with humor, enthusiasm and will be keen team players, committed to making a real difference in the field. Fluent English is required.
