Deadline: February 1, 2017

Registration is now open for the 9th IAS Conference on HIV Science (IAS 2017) on 23-26 July 2017 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, France. This biennial gathering is the largest open scientific conference on HIV and AIDS related issues – bringing together a broad cross-section of more than 6,000 professionals from around the world to meet and examine the latest scientific developments in HIV-related research with a focus on moving science into practice and policy.

Submit your abstracts and register to attend IAS 2017. The programme provides financial assistance to help people who would otherwise be unable to benefit from the conference.

Conference Objectives

  • Accelerate basic science and clinical innovation for the development and application of new HIV prevention, treatment and care technologies to advance precision medicine.
  • Strengthen the implementation science research agenda to address key barriers and challenges (structural, service delivery and policy) across the HIV cascade in a variety of epidemic scenarios.
  • Amplify the synergies between HIV and co-infections as well as emerging co-morbidities and other non-communicable diseases.
  • Demonstrate the links between HIV and other public health and human rights emergencies and identify strategies for integrated responses.
  • Strengthen research towards cure/treatment remission and vaccine.

Call for Abstract

IAS 2017 welcomes the submissions of abstracts in basic science, clinical science, prevention science, and implementation science. Share your research on a global stage at IAS 2017 and submit your abstract by 25 January 2017.

Abstract Mentor Program: Increase the chance of presenting your work at IAS 2017 by receiving feedback on your abstract from an experienced researcher prior to submission. Abstracts can be submitted for mentoring through your conference profile until 10 January 2017.
