Evaluator for the final evaluation of a program in Syria
SOS Children’s Villages Belgium is currently looking for an evaluator. The Terms of Reference can be found in attachment. He or she will be responsible for the final evaluation of a program implemented in Syria (Tartous) and funded by the EU. Do you have solid experience in the evaluation of development programs?
