A well-known development Finance institution specializing in Financing & Supporting businesses within the SMEs environment across Africa & the Middle East, are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team. This individual will be based in the Ivory Coast office and will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This is done through meeting specific functional and operational deliverables in line with signed service level agreements.
The Office Coordinator must plan, coordinate and deliver exceptional operational performance to the company through the following:
Effective and efficient management and delivery on daily operational activities.
Ensuring compliance with approved policies, standards and procedures.
Providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Investment Executive, Investment teams and other functions.
Office management & Support
Health, safety & physical security
Repairs & Maintenance
Human Resources support
Commercial property management / premises leasing
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
Grade 12 or similar.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Relevant experience in the financial services industry essential.
Exposure to the Small Growing Business environment would be beneficial.
Fluency in English is required.
Local nationals preferred.
