Job Description:
Our client a prestigious retail concern is currently looking to recruit a Country Operations Manager to be based in Zambia, reporting to the Country General Manager. The role would best suit a Zambian National; To deliver exceptional customer service. To manage operations to ensure a well maintained, safe, hygienic and secure store environment and facilitate minimal loss and shrinkage through logistic support and enforcement of policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Deliver consistent levels of service that to both internal and external customers
Ensure all operating processes are effectively implemented and maintained to sustain profitability, protect the brand values, and deliver effective service levels
Manage Strategy, Plan and Financials
Manage Store Finance, Policies, Processes and Admin
Drive shop keeping disciplines
Manages stock effectively
Minimizes Shrinkage though
Managing teams and people
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
Qualification: B Degree in Business, FMCG or similar
5+ years’ Experience in a retail or FMCG environment delivering duties of an Operations Manager
