About BeOpenIT

BeOpenIT is a tech startup, specializing in Cloud Computing. We are one of the only French companies and the only Franco-African company to be recognized as a cloud expert by the community.

Since 2016, our goal has been to facilitate understanding of the Cloud world and accelerate its adoption.

To do this, we:

  • Build tech products that create common languages and simplify the use of cloud technologies;
  • Train companies and individuals on cloud technologies and processes in general
    We also certify those who want it thanks to our various partnerships (Linux, CNCF, VMWare, Ngnix, Red Hat, Databricks among others…)
  • Provide consulting and services on the DevSecOps and Data branches in the cloud.
  • We are not reinventing the wheel. We simplify the existing and share it (Understand, Share, Simplify, and Share again) to allow our customers to fully seize the opportunities of Cloud Computing.

Job description

Do you want to sharpen your commercial experience at the level of the large African continent? Does helping develop a tight-knit IT community in Senegal and Ivory Coast motivate you? Help your clients find consultants and training courses that suit them? You have selected the correct job description.

As a Sales Manager, you will join our Brand & Experience team whose role is to develop the growth of BeOpen IT on all its axes: products (CNO), training, consulting, and community.

You will work with the COO – Emilie – and the Ivory Coast CEO – Chrys- directly, to develop training and consulting offers in Senegal and Ivory Coast. But not only.

We promote cross-functional and Agile collaboration, the opportunity for you to discover other areas of tech: Data Science, Cloud engineering, etc.

Your missions, if you accept it

  • Implementation of the commercial structure of BeOpen IT – Africa
  • Implementation of the Marketing and Commercial Strategy of BeOpen IT – Africa
  • Acquisition and Activation of qualified leads for training and consulting (via marketing methodologies, sales, growth hacking, networking… What fits you best.)
  • Support and advice customers from the definition of the need until signing, and then ensure the best follow-up you can on signed projects and training
  • Administrative and contractual monitoring of contracts concluded
  • Keeping Hubspot and KPIs up to date

In the end, your objective is therefore twofold:

  • To set up and deploy the marketing of BeOpen IT training and consulting offers on the African continent
  • To create the best possible user experience for your customers, in order to limit friction and optimize our NPS.

Profile

  • Diplomas/Level of study: N/A, it doesn’t matter where you come from (school or self-trained), we believe that talents are hidden everywhere. It’s up to you to show us yours!

  • Experience level: Intermediate

Expected technical skills

Business management
i.e: Know how to address customers, ask the right questions, manage a commercial strategy

  • Knowledge and understanding of “modern” business strategies: AARRR, inbound, outbound, SEO, …
  • Understanding and use of social networks and digital tools to optimize the commercial funnel.
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate customer funnel, and drive it forward to signature
  • Proven ability to create a commercial link, maintain it, and ensure the best possible quality of customer support/follow-up (very important for us)

Significant technical skills

  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM
  • Real understanding of tech issues and software sales

Soft skills

Customer-First.
You have a real ability to create contact, to exchange, to try to understand and help the client on his issues, and to follow the style of exchange that he wishes.
