Mission:
– Offers management
– Management of the development of the final solution, including technical, operational, cost, tariff and contractual aspects as well as the proposed team
– Expresses the solution clearly in meetings, presentations and customer proposals
– Coordinator of the Rainbow Process

Main responsibilities:
– Responsible for major pre-sales offers in the group which often concern a single division in accordance with the company’s procedures (until the handover to delivery).
– Has responsibility for the final production of the proposal, in cooperation with the production, legal, financial and commercial departments
– Coordinate and manage the resources needed to respond to business opportunities, to ensure that proposals and contracts are aligned with Atos’ strategy and capabilities, and that they meet the needs and requirements of clients
– Assumes responsibility for the project proposal plan and its implementation, budget, processes, risk management and mitigation strategy, as well as all quality aspects of the pre-sales preparation process
– Manage the approvals of the final decisions makers

Background Requirements:
– Has an established network of contacts within the local Atos Origin and the wider global Atos – Origin network or where new to Atos Origin, demonstrates an ability to achieve this quickly.
– Business fluent in another relevant language.
– Management Skills

Educational Background:
– Master’s degree or hold a relevant professional qualification

Previous Experience:
– Relevant experience as Bid Manager with a strong track record being gained in a managed operations and services integration environment
– A proven track record in managing communications internally and externally at strategic and senior Management level
– Experienced in creating a bid community and functional teams
– Experience of leading and motivating several large and complex teams in a pressured work environment
– Experienced in set up business cases
– Experienced in relevant legal aspects (e.g. terms of conditions, penalty systems)

Prior Knowledge & Skills

Desirable: International Experience

Essential Background Requirements:
– Typically educated to university level (e.g. Bachelor or Master). Otherwise, may hold a relevant professional qualification.
– Has been successful in the role of Project Manager level 7, or
– Has extensive prior (IT related) project experience of leading medium to large sized projects.
– Has a proven record of realistic estimation and demonstrates the financial/cost awareness along with the customer facing and behavioural skills to take responsibility for large projects.
– Experience in management of international projects.
– Business fluent in the English language.

– Defines project requirements/scope with senior stakeholders. Leads requirement definitions and acceptance measures to remove ambiguity. Directly influences senior stakeholders to maximize – Atos commercial position and client value.
– Regularly discusses goals and expectations with all relevant people, removing obstacles where necessary. Maintains a view on the bigger picture, even in very complex situations, evaluating interim results and their effect on achieving overall goals.

– Leads an effective overall change control – documentation, impact analysis (cost, risk, quality, staffing), approval by Change Control Board, updates and coordinate the project plan. Is able to propose and implement changes with senior stakeholders based on experience, knowledge and/or advanced thinking.
– Leads projects, maintaining effective relationships with client, Account Manager and all other parties. Commensurate with high complexity project, keeps all project document to Atos standards. Leads excellent client relationship alongside Atos commercial position, utilizing strategic negotiations where appropriate.

Tasks
Mandatory Tasks:
– Responsible for bids on managing system integrations, acquisitions, outsourcing several large and complex contracts and joint venture agreements within the group, that are (potentially multi country), multi service lines and/or involving staff transfers in accordance with company procedures (until the contract is signed)
– Has the full responsibility of the final production of the proposal in cooperation with delivery, legal, finance and sales departments
– Co-ordinate and manage resources required to respond to business opportunities, in order to ensure that proposals and contracts are in line with AO strategy and capabilities and meets the customers expectations and requirements
– Has overall end responsibility for the bid project plan and implementation, budget, processes, risk management & mitigation strategy, and all quality aspects concerning the bid preparation process.
– Responsibility to deliver a proper technical and commercial offer
