Key responsibilities

#  Execute commercial strategy applying not only short-term view, but also longer-term planstowards reaching sales target.

# Perform Minimum 7 sales visits per week

# Submit business proposal and quotation to both local & global counterparts according to standard process. Ensure to maintain client’s contract filling as most accuracy.

# Deliver and where possible exceed targets as set out in Sales KPIs

# Ensure that the CRM are being always updated

# Increase Customer Experience and build loyalty overtime by providing excellent standards of service with care attitude

# Track and Trace performance of the owned Customers maximizing their growth by periodical agreed business reviews.

# Provide value proposition to secure mutual benefits.

# Proactively assist Finance and Customer Service in clearing outstanding invoices and longstanding.

We are looking for

for a college degree graduated in Marketing and/or Business administration or Logistics.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of customer service experience in transportation or related industry. Good written and verbal communications Skills are key for this position as well as good analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.

Incumbent must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to understand the effect of decisions overall in the company. She/He must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.

Excellent interpersonal skills & an ability to interact with customers tactfully is essential.
