Key responsibilities• Ensuring a true and fair financial statement is prepared and signed off by the Finance & Controlling team for the entity• Completing in a timely manner the books and preparing Statement of profit and loss and balance sheet as at the end of the period• Preparing consolidated Sign off file post sign-off of books during month end• Publishing consolidated reports by reviewing the Entity Balance Sheet reconciliation• Ensuring revenue and cost transparency, driving audit and analysis processes• Ascertaining the overall Exposure of the entity based on his analysis• Aligning objective settings with Finance Head & CFO’s Objectives thus striving towards achieving one goal of the organization• Managing large finance teams across different finance functions• Training & delegating tasks to his/her Leads to ensure 100% back up for activities so all SLA are always met• Managing various major stakeholders and working closely with Spanish local Authorities• Performing general administrative duties of direct reports like S2S regularizations, Leave and Performance management
We are looking for• 10 + years’ experience in FnA or Treasury function within a Global organization• Previous experience in a Shared Services Center environment will be a strong advantage• 5+ years of experience in managing large teams• Strong leadership skills and proven people/team management experience is a must• Experience in delivering results through others (both directly report and indirect report)• Experience in management reporting, financial controlling and analytical work• Knowledge of Spanish Tax legislation will be a definite plus• Computer literate (Windows) & Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookup, Pivots, Complex formulae)• One stream tool, SAP, IFS & Oracle based accounting ERP prior experience• Experience in logistics business would be an added advantage• Excellent communication skills• Language Proficiency in English & Spanish and good level of French
