AFRICSEARCH TOGO is recruiting for an International Financial Institution
Description du profil du candidat :
Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Economics, Public Financial Management, public policy, public administration, or other fields relevant to public sector IT and GOVTECH development.
Minimum five years of relevant professional experience, including supporting the design and delivery of technical assistance programs, with a specific focus on GOVTECH.
Experience/knowledge on Project management.
Experience in client dialogue.
Work includes among other responsibilities
Contributing to task managing Bank analytical, lending, and grant operations pertaining to public sector and governance reforms in Côte d’Ivoire, with a specific focus on GOVTECH.
Providing advice and support to other World Bank sector operations and policy dialogue related to strengthening public service core institutions through Digitization of processes for service delivery and GOVTECH solutions (G2P, G2C, G2B,…).
Managing the preparation and supervision of assigned tasks and deliverables and ensure effective delivery of programs.
Generating and exchanging knowledge relating to governance issues, with a specific focus on GOVTECH.
Informations supplémentaires :
Candidates based locally or in the diaspora with interest in returning to Africa.
Nationals of the countries or experience and knowledge of Western and Central Africa.
Excellent oral and written communication in English and French.
