How you’ll help us achieveitWe’re looking for an Agent Administration Officer who’s resourceful and excited about getting things done. You’ll beresponsible for performing administrative functions for our Agent liquidity team as we rapidly scale our business in Benin.
In this role, you’ll:Support the agent office and field operations teams from our head officeSupport agent liquidity team managers to ensure activities are managed as per internal policy and procedure.Work with other teams to track agent issues.Be responsible for requesting, dispatching, and tracking usage of agent-related supplies.Collecting and archiving bill counting from our liquidity agentsAssist with administrative duties related to agent network ops by supporting all projects in the department from thehead office.Any other duties as may be assigned by the hierarchy

Requirements2+ Years experience in an administration position and back-office operations at a mobile money operation.Completed a university degree6+ months experience supporting agents or retail networks in a back-office administrative position.Proficient in English and FrenchStrong computer skills, especially with spreadsheetsTech-savvyExcellent organizational skills, communication skills, and strong abilities to synthesizeExperienced in field agent operations will be an added advantage
