Votre rôleCitrix Consultant is responsible for setting/designing and participating in High/Low-Level designs based on the customer needs & requirements, Preparing the POC to be discussed with the customer, as well as planning the new Citrix projects and enhance the existing environment.
Votre profilExpertise and/or certification in server operating systems (Windows Server 2008R2, Windows server 2012, windows server 2016 and windows server 2019)Hands-on Experience in the knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10)Expertise and/or certification of desktop virtualization technologies (XenApp/XenDesktop)Working knowledge of network topologies and implementations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Working knowledge of Windows-based print queues, file shares, and user/group (Active Directory) administration/troubleshooting.Design and managing Active directory (GPO, trusts, replication, authentication, LDAP, Kerberos, sites)Understanding of dependencies of other complex applications and interface to the Citrix systemsStrong background in scripting languages (Linux bash, Java, Visual Basic & PowerShell)Working knowledge of back-end infrastructure technologies and principles (virtual infrastructure, storage, disaster recovery, and security)Experience building servers and managing virtualized environment (VMware, Azure, AWS, GCP, Hyper-V)Solid hands-on experience working with Citrix Products including XenApp 6.5, XenApp/XenDesktop 7.x (Administration, Configuration & Troubleshooting)Installation and Configuration of Citrix Environment including (Virtual Desktop,WEM, Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, ADC Global Server, Citrix Storefront, PVS , MCS, Citrix Director, Citrix Licensing, Citrix policies, reporting , alerting, supervision and Citrix load balancing)General knowledge of security devices (firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, firewall rules, boundaries).Ability to assess, evaluate the functionality of systems & provide recommendations based on the output of the technical assessment.Must display high-level troubleshooting competencies. A proven track record of managing a successful business is a plus.Must have exceptional communication skills including written, oral, and presentation.Customer service or support background is mandatory.Strong analytical skills are a Must.Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with the client is a must.must keep abreast of the software solutions offered by manufacturers and their direct competitors.provide support for on-call escalations and doing incident & problem management.Fluent in English, French is recommended but a plus.Minimum of 7 years of experience in Citrix Technologies
