As Administrative and Accounting Manager H/F, (Senegal – based in Dakar) you will have for main mission, under the direction of the Administrative and Regional Financial Director, to supervise all accounting operations, financial and administrative aspects of the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing general and analytical accounting, tax, and social declarations.
• Managing tax, social and custom controls of the trade department.
• Participating in the preparation of the budget, of the year- end financial statements of the tax package.
• Leading personal management in relation with the Human Resources department.
• Taking part in the updating and continuous improvement of internal control and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience of minimum 3-6 years on a similar position with depth knowledge of finance, accounting and management.
• Autonomous, passionate and disciplined, you have the ability to adapt yourself and know how to work efficiently in a pressuring environment.
• We expect from you excellent relational skills. You are recognized for your engagement and customer orientation!
• You are comfortable with IT tools (Pack Office, Power Point, SAP…)
