A leading African social impact investor are furthering their presence in Senegal. Investing in SMEs across sectors that include agriculture, education and supply-chain, they now require a skilled Investment Executive to cement their reputation and further their success. Responsibilities: • Be the most senior investment professional in Senegal • Apply your market knowledge to invest in sustainable enterprises • Manage the client’s portfolio effectively, building lasting ties with local entrepreneurs, communities and key stakeholders • Lead an investment team, being instrumental in the coaching and onboarding of new recruits • Report to the Regional Investment Director, whilst liaising effectively with key donors and stakeholders • Develop annual fund plans and provide clear direction Experience: • West African SME investment experience is paramount • 7+ years demonstrated expertise, 3+ years in a managerial role • Advanced degree ie. MBA or Chartered Accountancy • Fluency in English and French A competitive salary is on offer for the correct candidate with an enticing bonus structure.
