WRS is looking for a “ HR Superintendent” for a global corporation that is currently developing a massive mining project in West Africa.
The role of the HR Superintendent is to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Profile :
• Bilingual French/ English
• Demonstrated experience in HR, including employee relations, training & development, compensation, HSE, recruitment and management experience
• Previous experience working in the Mining industry across Africa.
• Building project plan /set clearly employee structure
• Strong multitasking individual able to prioritise tasks as multiple projects ongoing
