We Love Tamworth Community Grants – United Kingdom

Deadline: 29-Oct-20

The Community Foundation for Staffordshire is seeking applications for the We Love Tamworth Community Grants to provide funding to small community and voluntary groups across the borough of Tamworth. It is funded from an endowment fund, and by the Coventry Building Society through their community fund.

The fund that was originally part of the Tamworth School of Industry was used to award grants and bursaries to people in Tamworth who were going into domestic service. The remit has now been widened and so will make bursaries to individuals who are going to college or university, or adult education classes, to study anything related to care.

These grants will be awarded to organisations that provide facilities or services for local people. The aim is to enhance the provision of service, provide new services or to help make organisations more efficient or to improve the scope of their provision. This might include extending provision to other people.
