Wartsila recruits 01 Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant, Regional Operations in our Regional Operations, Africa West team in Dakar, Senegal.

Your work tasks and responsibilities will include:

Provide administrative support to the GM, Management Team and Regional Operations team as directed
Monitoring incoming & outgoing courier
Monitoring incoming & outgoing calls
Assist in preparation of Management Monthly reports
Maintain organization charts/milestones charts and other charts as directed
Arrange appointments and organise entertainment activities for visitors including lunches, dinners, morning & afternoon breaks
Assist in arranging official seminars, customer day forums, internal and external events as instructed by GM or Management Team
Arrange travel, accommodation and business appointments
Custodian of corporate gifts on behalf of Company
Attends to matters requiring attention, or refers them to the appropriate person within Wärtsilä
Support the Travel Process and expense claims
Obtain information for special projects and tasks
Preparation and typing of correspondence, reports and presentation materials
Develop systems and procedures and maintain an efficient office
Management of housekeeping and Pool cars
Maintain confidential information and records
Maintain reports, records, correspondence for ease of retrieval
Coordinate, schedule, take, maintain and distribute meeting minutes for Regional Operation and Management team
Support Marketing Communications activities
Organize events when required
Demonstrate commitment to OH&S, Environmental & Quality Systems actively
Participate in Wärtsilä initiatives and be a team player, support colleagues & superiors, share information, contribute to a friendly work atmosphere
Any others tasks assigned by the Superior

As an ideal candidate, you will have following qualifications:

Education

University degree in any discipline.

Experience

Several years of relevant working experience preferred.
