Leads the implementation and execution of Business Unit/Functional HR strategy in support of Group HR strategy and BU business goals. Acts as partner towards the business and leverages CoE and general HR capabilities in meeting business requirements.

HR Business Partnering
Familiy responsible for the translation of business needs into HR strategy. Accountable for the execution of the HR strategy, leveraging centres of expertise for development and HR service delivery for execution of HR programmes that support business objectives.
