KEY END-RESULTS

1. Timely, accurate and complete support services provided to the Chief of Operations in particular and the Operations Section in general, i.e. audit, budget preparation, financial analysis, etc.

2. Timely and accurate consolidation and submission of planning and performance monitoring reports, i.e. Regional KPI, COAR, AMP, RAM, leave and travel plan, etc.

3. Timely, accurate and complete processing of relevant financial transactions in VISION for the Section.

4. Timely, accurate and complete searching, gathering and analysis of data and information and preparation of draft reports to support the efficient and cost-effective performance of the operations and the office management function.

5. Timely, accurate and complete maintenance of the delegation of financial signing authorities and related reports.

6. Timely, accurate and complete archiving and filing of relevant operations records

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

Completion of Secondary School. University level courses in administration, finance, or any other related field of discipline relevant to the job an asset.

A minimum of Seven years of relevant professional work experience with both national and International work experience in support of office management, administration, finance, accounting, ICT, human resources, supply or any other relevant function. Work experience in emergency duty station.

Fluency in English and Portuguese.
