The Sierra Leone Country Programme Management Plan (CPMP) 2020-2023 was recently approved enabling the CO to implement the proposed changes that affect the staffing structure (upgrades, abolishment, post establishment, and transfer of staff from one field office to another.
How can you make a difference?
A Consultant is now required to train staff impacted by the change to build skills:
Necessary to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
In identifying current business trends and assess their impact and importance to small business.
Applying business concepts and principles to develop entrepreneurial business goals and strategies.
Constructing a preliminary set of financial projections to assess the viability of a small business.
Completing a feasibility study on a business idea to determine its probability of success.
The training is expected to take three days.
Deliverables
Inception report by the first week of being contracted.
The training.
Course materials.
Certificates to participants.
Training final report with input from UNICEF.
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
A university degree  in business, HR, finance or related field.
A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in business development/teaching.
Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
Fluency in English is required.
