The Division of Human Resources would like to engage an intern to support the LEAD Team, providing support to the top 200+ leaders within UNICEF. The LEAD team is responsible for coordinating talent strategy, leadership development, and supporting the senior-most UNICEF leaders and managers as they deliver results for children.

Duration: The team is seeking to engage a qualified intern for a period of three months, ideally the length of the fall semester (mid-September thru mid-December). The selected candidate will be expected to work two days in the office and one day remotely on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the LEAD team, the intern will assist the team by:

  • analyzing evaluation data for current programs
  • researching potential new offerings/programs
  • assisting with talent management

Benefits

UNICEF will grant a stipend to the selected intern.

Eligibility

To be considered for an internship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be currently enrolled in a graduate program with a focus in Human Resources, Leadership Development, or International Affairs.
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office is required.

Additional consideration will be given to any past professional experience.
