The position oversees all aspects of the Purchasing, Accounting and Reporting aspects to put in place within the Senegal project (construction of a “green field” lime plant-duration 2 years).

List of tasks

Purchasing:
Centralise les cahiers de charge et les fournisseurs potentiels,
Gère les demandes d’offres (préparation des négociations),
Prépare les contrats/commandes,
Gère le suivi administratif des commandes.

Accounting:

Encodage des factures dans …. {ERP},
Paiement des factures,
Préparation des différentes déclarations fiscales.

Reporting
Assure le reporting administratif et financier du projet.

Responsabilities

Take responsibility for all financial and purchases during the project phase,
Ideally become the Cy CFO after project phase.
Description du profil du candidat :
Basic requirement
University degree ideally in Finance/Accounting,
Experience in Project accounting, budgeting, cost control principles,
French and English fluent.

Needed knowledges
Microsoft suite,
Knowledge of database, accounting and integrated system applications,
SAP.
Needed skils
Assertive,
Autonomous,
Hands on approach,
Readiness to work in remote environment,
Collaborative with an outspoken team spirit,
Ability to juggle a range of complex issues.
