We are looking for a systems engineer, which will have a role: to analyze study, monitor, evaluate, track and supervise the studies and work related to the technical issues of rail systems (including the) Internal, external, and external interfaces).
The mains Missions
· Review and approval of the technical features in phase studies AVP and EXE in the ‘Systems’ M2 lot,.
· Oversee the process outside of the ‘Systems’ M2 lot and external interfaces,
· Act as an arbitrator on any issue related to the ‘Systems’ M2 lot, and interface with other lots or outsiders,
· Be the central point of contact and the overall coordinator for the project in which all concerns the management of the system M2 lot.
· Review and approval of the M2 lot counts,
· Attend any meeting, workshop or other related technical issues, interfaces and meters (counts) of the M2 lot.
· Report regularly and analytically at the MO.
Planning:
· Oversee the calendar of the M2 lot, especially on the track dates key and important steps.
· Track and analyze advance studies, work, testing, and commissioning phases.
· Anticipate and assess any potential risk of impact on the progress of the studies and / or work, tests and commissioning.
Coordination
· Coordinate with the engineer Coordinator based in Paris,
· Track and analyze progress.
· Analyzing the conflicts.
Supervision:
· Visit the site to identify potential risks and drive States the necessary places in the course of the project,
· Supervise the work, the phases of testing and commissioning,
· Check the use by the owner of the lot M2 of technical documents and the execution approved documents (quality),
· Follow-up and evaluation of the work, follow-up of no-conformities.
· Acceptances of works.
Required experience:
· Review of the studies of design and realization,
· Knowledge of technical plans, technical design, testing and commissioning of railway systems,
· Experience in supervising on site of railway works for rail systems,
· Experience in the coordination, management and monitoring interfaces (internal, external and external) as part of an AMO

Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of rail systems (TER RER …)
Telecommunication / Signaling Expert (Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent)
