Responsible for full technical solution deployment for B2B and according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver technical solutions and projects according to plan.
The main responsibilities include:
• Assist B2B team on technical service delivery for different solutions/requests from their prospective clients.
• Be the main contact and go to person for all technical solutions and projects linked to B2B FH and CISCO Routers deployment .
• Coordinate operational issues with O&M teams.
• Evaluate if a technical scope documentation was completed and project can be included into the project plan (feasibility was completed and resources were assigned)
• Identifies needed resources and assigns individual responsibilities to subcontractors.
• Ask the O&M team and other stakeholders about required resources to implement solutions.
• Negotiate priorities and resources with O&M team in order to assure plan accomplishment.
• Report accomplishment of the projects plan to Head of B2B deployment
• Ensure SMP followup to respect deadline for B2B customers links deployment
• Lead, manage, coordinate, and report on multiple complex FH solutions as per B2B requirements.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope concerning the FH and CISCO Routers deployment .
• Reviews deliverables prepared by subcontractors
• Minimizes exposure and risks on projects under his/her responsibility.
• Ensures all technical documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
•.Ensure B2B service availability acording to SLAs set with customers
• Ensure that we are on target for the internal SLA and the external SLA concerning B2B FH and CISCO Routers solution deployment
• Ensure that acceptance documents are signed with subscontractor and the customers
• Ensure that handover is well done to B2B operation team after deployment and 1 month observation
• support of subcontractors on the surveys and site deployments
• work closely with B2B operations team to improve day to day B2B customer experience
Qualifications:
1-3 years Experience in IT/Telco operations and Project Management skills.
