Une Structure de la place recrute 01 Country Facility Manager

– responsible for proper day to day operation of all office sites in the country/region
– managing development/renovation/construction project in his/her geographical scope, coordinating various suppliers
– responsible for managing lease contracts, in cooperation with Finance, in his geographical scope
– defining/deciding quality levels for services -involved in selection of suppliers
– monitoring day to day quality of main suppliers and individual sites including corrective and pro-active actions to improve where possible
– cost-planning of sites, monitoring of actual costs
– making sure that at regular intervals the actual occupation of all sites is measured and as such supporting Group Real Estate

Une bonne maitrise de l’anglais est indispensable.
