• Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, the Operation Coordinator will be responsible to develop, implement and oversee the building maintenance and repair of the school campus and staff housing. He/s he will lead Operation and Maintenance team to perform building maintenance work. Responsibilities:
• Plan for facilities improvement and possibilities.
• Coordinate and supervise the maintenance and repair of the School campus and Staff housing
• Provide estimates for labor and material costs
• Prepare and track the annual department budget.
• Manage outsourced services.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor degree, qualification in construction and customer service is preferred.
•At least 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international environment.
•Read and interpret building plans and specifications, write specifications and cost estimates for building repair and minor building construction work.
•Excellent knowledge of English and French (both oral and written)
•Good knowledge of Excel and Word in PC and Mae.

•Customer oriented Team player with pod interpersonal skills both oral and written
•Meticulous and organized, able to manage time and adhere to deadlines
