In cooperation with the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad and the U.S. Consulate in Erbil, this project will help minority journalists to develop their professional skills, to include investigative reporting and human rights reporting.

This program will teach the minority journalists basic skills such as sourcing stories, adhering to the ground rules of press engagements, and ethics in journalism. It will also teach the minority journalists about investigative reporting and human right reporting. The program should last approximately one year and involve the minority affiliated media outlets and journalists as well as journalists from minority communities that work for larger media outlets.
